• Professional Development: Provides professional development using research-based practices, tailored to meet the needs of students, teachers, and parents in English and Hindi to empower and inspire change around. Some of the topics include Impact of culture on students, Survival and Leadership Skills for students, Framework of Teacher’s mind- Positive mindset, Online tools for effective learners’ engagement, Developing MY creativity in my teaching, how to evaluate students? , Effective strategies towards humour in the classroom , Gradients on Parenting, Guidelines to parents- Helping your child to read,  just to name a few.
• Compliance Monitoring/ Review: Assist schools with compliance and mentoring, creating systems  and process that require adhered to set of standards, review process, and corrective action planning.
• Therapeutic Consulting: Develops and offers parent and children sessions on request 1:1. Use experiential learning practices through her continued work as an educational practitioner to empower parents and children, helping families find and evaluate. Uses her professional background to enable students and parents to build and unleash the potential that lies within.
