Hi, I am Aditi patel I currently work as a registered nurse in Australia in operating theatres. I am passionate about health care and providing care to people during most vulnerable stage of their life. I always wanted to do something for my community and country and what a better way to do it then this. I love to travel and see different socioeconomic norms and cultures across the world that help me understand the meaning of life and cultivates my growth. Some qualities I would describe my self are, empathetic, resilient and passionate. India has excell in innumerable field and I want healthcare to be a part of it by making sure that people in my country are receiving the best evidence based care on regular bases. I have left home at the age of 17 to become a better version of my self and for the first time in five years I have flew back to motherland to meet my parents and share my experiences and skills I have gain with future healthcare providers. But, it broke my heart to see the gap in healthcare, position of women in society and education. I want to take this responsibility and work towards the future where women have gained respect not just out in society but also within one’s home. To see children’s having rights to choose their future and by seeing the population getting access to best healthcare. I have started my mission according to my best abilities and have shared my passion with various university students by taking seminars and motivational talk, I have also shared my passion towards nursing and ways to improve care with students in my home town.
