Professional Details:

Rosy is currently the Program Director of the Children Safety and Survival Program, which is a platform through which children are educated and empowered in the prevention of abuse and neglect. She has been practicing law, and she has been part of some legal cases dealing with physical abuse, psychological trauma, and child protection, especially in partnership with Majlis Legal Centre. She has even been a Program Director with McDonald's in India, where she has combined organizational leadership and leadership advocacy. She is currently engaged in POCSO sensitization, POSH training, and emotional intelligence and mental well-being among adolescents through workshops

Journey From Childhood to Become a Winner at FSIA:

The journey of Rosy Lopes as Miss India 2025 was not one of runway beginnings, but instead that of courtrooms, community centers, and classrooms. Her vocation to serve prompted her to volunteer at You First Foundation, where she engaged for more than five years before offering support to survivors in Majlis Legal Centre. Activism, justice, and healing were always close to her. Rosy has used legal expertise and her interest to become an advocate of programs that have touched over hundreds of children and adults.

Rosy is a creative-minded, activist-spirited individual who loves theatre and creative writing as well as event management. Her artistic side is combined with her love of creating a difference as she likes to set up social campaigns, cultural events, and awareness initiatives.
