Rosy is a law graduate (LL.B) and is actively practising with more than three years of experience. Special Certifications: POCSO Act, POSH, Trauma Counseling, and Mental Health First Aid Attendance at several gender equity, law awareness, and neighbourhood-based trainings She is an expert in the field of mental health as well as child rights, survivor support, and law.

Rosy is a creative-minded, activist-spirited individual who loves theatre and creative writing as well as event management. Her artistic side is combined with her love of creating a difference as she likes to set up social campaigns, cultural events, and awareness initiatives.

Hobbies & Passion

Rosy is currently the Program Director of the Children Safety and Survival Program, which is a platform through which children are educated and empowered in the prevention of abuse and neglect. She has been practicing law, and she has been part of some legal cases dealing with physical abuse, psychological trauma, and child protection, especially in partnership with Majlis Legal Centre. She has even been a Program Director with McDonald's in India, where she has combined organizational leadership and leadership advocacy. She is currently engaged in POCSO sensitization, POSH training, and emotional intelligence and mental well-being among adolescents through workshops
