Hola! My name is Bhagyashree Pagare and currently I am working as a Business Analyst. I am also exploring the entrepreneurial journey. Over the past 5 years I have seen peaks and valleys in my life. I started my career in Website Development (Full Stack Development) In (2015 – present), then Sales and Marketing (2016-17), Digital Marketing (2017- present), Placement Officer (2018-20), Graphic Design, Video Editing and Writing (2014- present - Marathi). Due to sudden demise of my mother and financial crunches I have worked two jobs at a time, taken multiple assignments as a freelancer and gained tremendous knowledge and hands-on experience in the work what I do. I am good at Japanese, Spanish, English, Hindi and Marathi. Also, I am interested in learning more foreign languages! Having worked with different sectors made me Multitalented. I started my start-up called Minnano Consultancy in 2018 which is a network of technoprenuers and I am very proud of it. I believe creative and simple solutions will make the society a better place, and there is nothing greater than giving. When I see back in my life, I had nothing to offer. But now I help others (individuals and institutions) financially, mentally, technologically and on every horizon, which are possible for me. Today I am working as a Business Analyst at MIT World Peace University, it is nothing, but a dream come true where I found the true meaning of self-belief and peace and I can do research around it. I feel very privileged that I am taking baby steps towards achieving my dream and I know where I want to head towards to… Also, I am doing master’s in social work out of passion, to do something meaningful for community and for people who makes this community! At this stage, I have chosen Social Work as my path and I would love to lead it with Peace!
